Our Story
Vintti was born in 2023, at a moment when the accounting and finance talent market in the U.S. was becoming harder to navigate.
After the pandemic, many senior professionals had retired, fewer students were entering accounting programs, and hiring costs were rising fast. Companies needed qualified talent, but finding and retaining the right people was becoming slower, more expensive, and more competitive.
At the same time, Latin America had a growing pool of skilled professionals ready to work with international teams.That gap became our opportunity: to create a better hiring path between U.S. companies looking for reliable talent and LATAM professionals ready for global opportunities.
Vintti started by helping accounting firms find the staff they needed. Since then, we have grown beyond accounting and finance to support startups, SMBs, and companies across different industries.
