Santiago Poli is a driven entrepreneur, former Accenture employee and Industrial Engineer, currently serving as Head of Operations at Vintti. In addition to his work at Vintti, Santiago is also the founder of several companies. Driven by a passion for startups and a thirst for learning, Santiago is a startup enthusiast particularly interested in bootstrapping and the transformative potential of no-code tools in work and life.
LUCAS LOPATIN

CO-FOUNDER

Lucas Lopatin is the CEO and co-founder. Previously, Lucas founded and ran several bootstrapped businesses which he led to 8 figure exits, including United Virtualities and Mundo.com. He is on a personal crusade to promote bootstrapping in Latin America. He co-created Bootstrappeados.com and organized 2000+ person events as part of this mission, and he advocates for the cause at @llopatin.
Agustín morrone

CO-FOUNDER

Agustin Morrone is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background. As the current Head of Growth at Vintti, he brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Head of Growth at Abacum. Prior to his foray into business, Agustin served as a firefighter, demonstrating his commitment to helping others. Agustin's business acumen and leadership skills are underscored by his MBA from the University of Navarra.
